Step 1: First we open Google Drive and Right click on upload video then click in Share.... option.

Step 2: Here we click Get Shareable link.

Step 3: Now we copy link and click Done button.

Step 4: Paste the link in notepad and we add link in iframe tag andadjust the width & height according to our blog or website web page.

Step 5: Open Blogger Posts option and select the post which we add the video then click Edit link.

Step 6: Now click HTML button and find the place where you add the video then paste the iframe code and click the Update button.

Step 7: Now open the Blogger blog.
